1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately by sending a support ticket.
2. You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
3. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
4. You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5. Auto-clicking and auto-registering software in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using this kind of software your account will be terminated immediately without notice.
6. The general usage of proxies as registered member is prohibited.
7. We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9. We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10. We remain the right to change details and prices on memberships, referrals, ad packages and banners to any time without prior consent or notice.
11. You need to click in at least once every 30 days to prevent closure of your account. Just logging in to your account does not prevent the closure of your account. Account termination is irreversible and all balances will be forfeited. Accounts of members who have not clicked a single advertisement will be terminated 30 days after registration.
12. No click, no referral earnings. Means: Log in and click at least one ad each day in order to receive referral earnings. (Exception: Platinum members)
13. Make sure you extend your membership soon enough to play safe. As soon as your upgraded membership expired appropriate number of referrals will be taken of your account to meet the referral limits of your then current membership. This can not be reversed.
14. We remain the right to proceed partial payments to members who were upgraded for a certain time and then request a large payout as standard member to get around the investment limit (percentage).
15. We remain the right to return payment requests by standard members if they do not continue to click all available Advertisements on a (almost) daily basis after submitting their request. Bad examples: 1, 2, 3, 4
16. You are required to request payouts through the payment gateway you have invested most with. Exception: You invested most with OKPay, SolidTrustPay, Neteller or Moneybookers. If that is the case submit your payment request and send a support ticket with your information and whether you want to be paid by AlertPay, LibertyReserve or Paypal. Standard members will be paid to AlertPay, LibertyReserve and Paypal only.
17. In order to request your next payment you have to upload your payment proof to our site.
18. Advertising: If it takes more than 30 days to fulfill the ordered amount of clicks of an advertisement caused by demographical targeting and/or upgraded members filter we will add more membership types and/or countries manually. Also all Nano Ads will be displayed to all countries and memberships.
19. We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. Please re-check it once in a time and take a look if something has changed. If you disagree at anytime please send us a support ticket so we will deactivate your account.
