Terms of Service
1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) Auto-clicking and auto-registering software in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using this kind of software your account will be terminated immediately without notice.
6) The general usage of proxies as registered member is prohibited.
7) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
8) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
9) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
10) We reserve the right to change prices on memberships, referrals, ad packages and banners to any time.
11) Only referrals who have been active in past 5 days are available for rent.
12) You need to click in at least once every 90 days (about 3 months) to prevent closure of your account. Just logging in to your account doesnt prevent the closure of your account. Account termination is irreversible and all balances will be forfeited.
13) Unreferred accounts of members who have not clicked a single Advertisement will be terminated 10 days after registration. We want a active site and therefor active members.
14) No click, no referral earnings. Means: Log in and click at least one ad each day in order to receive referral earnings.
15) 1 day after your membership expired, appropriate number of referrals will be taken of your account to meet the direct referral limit of your current membership.
16) You give bucks247.com administration permission to use your account for advertising purposes.
17) If you deposited/funded/bought a membership with PayPal you cannot withdraw your money by Alertpay. Same for Alertpay to PayPal. This is for anti cheating purposes.
18) We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. If you disagree at anytime please send us a support ticket so we will delete your account.
